Specialized nutrients for aromatic biosynthesis

AromActivit 1&2

The AromActivit 1&2 protocol is based on the combined action of two specialized nutrients which are added at different times:

First dose: AromActivit 1 to produce sufficient yeast biomass, to ensure high production of aromatic compounds
Second dose: AromActivit 2 at 1/3 of the fermentation with the aim of redirecting the metabolic flow towards aromatic biosynthesis
